Once you have joined the affiliate program you will be provided with a unique link that you can send to people. If they use your link to sign up and purchase one of our services you’ll see this in your Affiliate account.

Here’s some of the most asked questions we get about our affiliate program.
All of our affiliates will earn 15% of the total order value of any of our hosting services where a succssful sale is made.
If your reffered customer purchases a monthly plan, you will receive 15% every month the plan renews successfully until cancelled.
If your reffered customer purchases an annual plan, you will reveive 15% of the total order value for the chosen hosting package.
To ensure that referrals are legitimate, there will be a 30 day commission delay to ensure that the new customer sees the first month through without requesting a refund or cancelling their services. This also allows our 30-day money back guarantee to surpass.
We have set the minimum payout value as £50.00. This means that you can access yoru earnings quicker.
When you reach the minimum payout limit on your account, a button will appear to request withdrawal of your comission. You can do this right away or leave it as long as you want to let your comission build up.
When you click the request withdrawal, it will open a support ticket with a withdrawal request where our support team will arrange your payout with you. We will require you to provide your bank details or we can submit the payout to your payment card on file.
Alternatively, you may request that the comission is added directly to your account as available balance to spend on our platform.
Whenever somebody uses your unique link to visit our website, we will add a cookie to their session that allows us to monitor when a purchase is made.
The cookie is valid for a whole 90 days so even if they don’t buy straight away and come back within the 90 day period, you’ll still get your comission for the referral.
Our affiliates can earn comission from the following services: WordPress Website Hosting & WordPress Cloud VPS as well as our legacy Shared Hosting services.
Domain names not included
Yes! Although this cannot be managed through your online affiliate account this has to be managed via email or support ticket.
If you would like to refer a customer for a website development project with us, we offer a 5% comission for every successful deposit taken for a project.
In order for the referral to qualify the project has to have a minimum order value of £3000 +VAT and the initial deposit amount paid in full.
You will receive your comission once the non refundable deposit amount has been received.
