Upgraded Mail Logs

We have enhanced our log system so that MyVoteq users can now view bounced, failed and rejected emails across a domain or a specific email address on their account. To view your reports go to Manage Hosting > Options > Manage > Logs & Stats.

Cloudflare Connecting IP Pass-through

Our Content Delivery Network (CDN) will now transmit the client IP address for websites that are routed through Cloudflare. Consequently, customers utilizing Cloudflare will have the capability to observe the client IP address within their Access/Error logs of their website. Additionally, there is no longer a requirement for website-level firewalls or security plugins to undergo modifications to identify the genuine IP address of the client.

Effortlessly incorporate a DMARC record to your domains to deter spoofing and phishing activities, and also to aid in preventing your emails from being flagged as spam using our DMARC Wizard. Navigate to 'Manage Hosting' > Select a package > Move down to 'Email' > 'DMARC Wizard'.

Mail Logs are now accessible within MyVoteq. Navigate to 'Manage Hosting' > Select a hosting package > Proceed to 'Logs' > 'Mail Logs', and choose the mailbox you wish to examine from the dropdown menu.

You now have the option to upgrade any Standard Mailbox to a 'Premium Mailbox' with just one click. Enjoy 50GB of storage, as well as the ability to synchronize contacts and calendars with widely used email clients. Navigate to 'Manage Hosting' > Select a hosting package > Proceed to 'Email Accounts', select the 'options' tab for the email address you would like to update and then choose "Upgrade to Premium Mailbox".
