Complaints Procedure
If you need tech support or help with your billing, sign into my.voteq.co.uk and head to Support so we can resolve everything for you over a secured connection.
If you wish to make a complaint, we’re sorry to hear that you’re having problems with our services.
We hope we can turn this around and make it into a good situation as fast as we can.
Please fill complaints form below with details of your issue and we’ll get back to you within two working days after thoroughly investigating it.

Report Abuse of our services
If you have knowledge of anybody breaking any of our terms of service we encourage you to report this to us as soon as possible. In order to keep our services fair and affordable, the abuse of our services is forbidden.
If you wish to report the abuse of our services, you may report the Abuse to the email address listed below and we will always aim to address them in a timely and effective manner.
Please report any abuse via email to abuse@voteq.co.uk – Any emails sent to this inbox will go directly to our Directors for evaluation. Once received your report will be acknowledged by auto response almost instantly via email to confirm we have received your report. One of our directors will investigate your report thoroughly and will aim to have a resolution provided within three working days.
