Virtual Private Server SLA
You agree that our continued provision of services to you, and your continued use of them, represent your agreement to be bound by our terms and conditions of service.

Policy
Voteq Solutions guarantees a 99.99% network uptime each month for our Virtual Private Servers (VPS), with certain exceptions outlined below:
- Periods of upgrades, planned maintenance, or unforeseen maintenance needs.
- Cases where a customer’s website and/or server negatively impacts the overall performance, quality, and functionality of the Voteq network.
- Issues arising from customer actions, such as the installation of custom code or third-party applications, intentional wrongdoing, or violations of Voteq’s Terms and Conditions.
- Instances where customer reports do not correlate with any faults found or confirmed by Voteq.
- Downtime or performance issues caused by Denial Of Service attacks or other illegal activities.
- Unavailability is defined as times when servers and/or network connections are completely unreachable or significantly impaired.
Should there be a server hardware failure that is irreparable, Voteq commits to providing replacement hardware within four hours from the time the issue is identified. In the event that network availability drops below the promised threshold in a calendar month, we will issue a service credit of half a day (12 hours) for each hour of service disruption, capped at a 50% credit of the monthly service fee.
To apply for this credit, please file a request with Customer Services through the MyVoteq portal within 7 working days following the incident.
